Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience in supervisory/leadership role in day treatment, residential, or hospital setting.
• CPR certification required, or within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operations with administrative services and interdepartmental coordination.
• Lead and manage Lead Recovery Coaches and Recovery Coaches.
• Support compliance, licensing, and safety/regulatory requirements.
• Oversight of admissions processes, client charts, and day-to-day facility operations.
• Coordinate with Clinical Director on scheduling, audits, and emergency plans.
• Ensure maintenance of logs, incident reports, and staff training.
