Job summary

Curant Health is seeking a Program Manager for the Curant Rare program in Atlanta, GA. You will act as the primary liaison between patients, physicians and the pharmacy to ensure program success and high-quality care.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of healthcare experience, HIPAA knowledge, and a willingness to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-growing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmacy settings preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/patient confidentiality required.
• Registration/certification as a Pharmacy Technician in the state is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and SME for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with client decision-makers.
• Gathers external partner needs and collaborates with internal teams to meet program objectives.
• Conducts regular account reviews and develops strategic plans aligned with client needs.
• Monitors account performance, payor opportunities, revenue, and satisfaction metrics.
