Every day looks a little different — and that’s exactly what makes it fun.

  • Grow and strengthen our volunteer and partner community
  • Lead creative recruitment and retention strategies that bring in great volunteers and keep them coming back
  • Manage the behind‑the‑scenes magic that makes our programs run (scheduling, logistics, delivery models, you name it)
  • Host in‑person or virtual trainings that leave volunteers feeling confident and excited
  • Keep our database organized and up‑to‑date
  • Gather stories, data, and insights to help in meetings, grants, and reports
  • Deliver top‑tier customer service to everyone who interacts with our programs
What You Bring
  • Accountability: You own your goals and deliver on them
  • Active Engagement: You show up with energy, enthusiasm, and a “let’s make this great” attitude
  • Growth & Improvement: You’re curious, eager to learn, and always looking to level up
  • Teamwork (The JA Way): You pitch in to help the team meet deadlines, communicate openly, stay approachable, be flexible, supportive, and able to navigate different personalities with ease
Qualifications
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, project management, volunteer coordination, sales, or development
