Qualifications

  • 6+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or program management with complex, cross-functional workstreams.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling programs within growing teams.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate shifting priorities effectively.
  • Experience in high-pressure environments with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the AI campaign team to establish and maintain operational rhythms across functions.

  • Drive daily status reporting, performance tracking, and budget management for the campaign.
  • Develop scalable processes and systems to enhance cross-functional collaboration.
  • Serve as the connective tissue across internal functions to ensure alignment and information flow.
  • Coordinate leadership reviews and ensure materials are well-prepared and tracked.
  • Create repeatable playbooks and best practices for program management as the campaign expands.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, Public Affairs - AI Campaign to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will support a high-visibility AI campaign by driving operational discipline, cross-functional coordination, and executive-ready execution. The Program Manager will help translate strategy into action, keep stakeholders aligned, and ensure leadership has the information needed to make timely decisions. This is a fast-moving position that will help establish scalable rhythms, reporting, and best practices as the campaign grows.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
