We're looking for a Program Manager to join our product marketing team, which is a part of our product organization. Postman embodies a data-driven culture, and this position will help the marketing team make better, data-driven decisions as we continue to innovate for our users and the API community.

This role will be hybrid, 3 days per week in our San Francisco office.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (product management, sales, marketing, and customer success) to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, positioning, and go-to market plans.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and product differentiators.
  • Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target customers and aligns with the overall company and product vision.
  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that drive demand generation and thought leadership.
  • Develop and manage product launch plans, ensuring successful go-to-market execution and adoption.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve product marketing programs.
About You
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience working as a Program Manager in a fast-paced environment navigating ambiguity successfully, likely in a product or product development environment.
  • You are an agile advocate who knows how to bring new ways of working to an organization in transformation.
  • You are an excellent problem-solver and critical thinker with the ability to identify and remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives.
  • You are detail-oriented with proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with overlapping timelines and deliverables.
  • You have great judgement and show grace under pressure.

What Else?

This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area & the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $131,000 to $177,000 plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, & experience. In addition to our pay-on-performance philosophy, we offer a comprehensive set of benefits, including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, potential spot awards, & a monthly lunch stipend. Salaries will vary outside of the San Francisco Bay Area & the U.S.
