We are hiring a Product Manager with a strong functional background in retail operations, product development, and supply chain or purchasing processes, particularly in an SAP environment. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance product development workflows, optimize procurement and supply chain execution, and ensure seamless SAP system integration to support business operations from concept through fulfillment.

This role is fully remote within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for retail product development, sourcing, and supply chain systems with a strong focus on SAP process enablement

• Translate complex business needs across product development, sourcing, purchasing, and logistics into clear functional requirements

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize procurement workflows, material management, vendor collaboration, and inventory processes using SAP (MM, SD, SCM modules)

• Drive continuous improvement of SAP-driven operations, including master data, bill of materials, POs, costing, and inbound logistics

• Partner with supply chain, merchandising, and planning teams to identify pain points and deliver technology solutions that improve efficiency

• Support integration of third-party PLM and supply chain tools with SAP

• Oversee functional testing (UAT), training, and rollout of new features or enhancements

• Develop reporting tools or dashboards to track KPIs, order timelines, and vendor performance metrics

• Collaborate with IT and SAP technical teams to ensure proper implementation, data integrity, and system support

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management or functional business analyst experience in retail, CPG, or fashion industries

• Hands-on experience with SAP modules supporting product development, procurement, or supply chain management (e.g., SAP MM, SD, S/4HANA, SCM, or PLM)

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM), vendor onboarding, and purchase-to-pay processes

• Ability to gather and document functional requirements and work across cross-functional teams

• Experience managing UAT, training materials, and system rollout plans

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Self-starter with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with sourcing, vendor collaboration portals, or materials procurement platforms

• Prior experience integrating third-party tools (e.g., PLM, supply chain analytics, WMS) with SAP

• Background in apparel, footwear, or consumer product goods

• Agile product development or hybrid project methodology experience

• Remote or distributed team collaboration

• 100% Remote – U.S.-based candidates only
