Job summary

The School District of Philadelphia is seeking a Program Manager for Operations & Grant Development to oversee prevention, intervention, and behavioral health services. The role requires advanced degrees in social services or behavioral health and substantial experience in staff training and program development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with substantial experience in social services/behavioral health.
• Experience developing training for staff in prevention/intervention/behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and provides guidance to staff engaged in prevention, intervention, and behavioral health; ensures training aligns with district objectives.
• Collaborates with Pennsylvania Department of Education advisors to ensure policies meet training standards.
• Develops and facilitates training for principals and school staff to create positive learning environments using evidence-based models.
• Oversees behavioral health emergency response and aftercare coordination with the City’s behavioral health department.
• Participates in developing and implementing RtII documentation and evidence-based school climate programs.
