Job summary

ProSidian Consulting, LLC is seeking a Program Manager for Communications Support Services. This full-time, exempt position primarily supports the U.S. Army Reserve and is based in Fort Liberty, North Carolina, with possible travel across the Southeast U.S.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in public affairs and management consulting. They will oversee contract performance and ensure compliance with Army policies.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in public affairs, strategic communications, or management consulting supporting DoD or USAR-equivalent organizations.
  • Experience in the Aerospace and Defense sector, particularly in communications support services.

  • Serve as the primary liaison to KO/COR and supervise the engagement team.
  • Ensure compliance with the PWS, QASP, FAR, and Army policies.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communication, reporting, and strategic messaging.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support mission.

Program Manager (PM) – Communications Support Services

Full‑time, Exempt 1099 contract or W‑2 position supporting the U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) and Office of the Chief Army Reserve (OCAR). The role is generally located in Fort Liberty, North Carolina, and may involve travel across the Southeast United States (CONUS).

Job Overview

Provide program management and communications support for strategic messaging, public affairs, outreach, and leadership communication initiatives for USAR‑equivalent organizations. Lead secure mission communications that connect leaders, soldiers, families, and stakeholders through consistent Army Reserve messaging.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Oversee full contract performance: manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to KO/COR and supervise the engagement team.
  • Ensure compliance with the PWS, QASP, FAR, and Army policies.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communication, reporting, and strategic messaging.
