Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in education, training, and experience, with at least three years of relevant work experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day pilot program application and award cycles, including RFAs and review coordination.
• Coordinate IS program consultations, events, and content updates with the team and communications.
• Support and maintain program data, scheduling, and tracking across studies and collaborations.
• Assist in internal/external communications and marketing initiatives for the programs.
