Job summary
Meta seeks a program manager to support our people data risk assessment and review program involving HR, employment and data privacy risks related to People Data at Meta. The People Data Review Program Manager will join the People Risk and Compliance team to lead risk initiatives to scale our global program.
Specifically, the People Data Review Program Manager will be responsible for driving and delivering end-to-end assessments of employment and privacy risk in new and novel use cases impacting
Qualifications
- 8+ years in risk assessment programs for security, privacy, or employment compliance.
- 8+ years leading cross-functional programs with sensitive data.
- Experience in privacy risk assessments or DPIA for HR systems.
- Partner with Legal/HR to navigate privacy requirements.
- Develop scalable governance frameworks for sensitive data.
- Willingness to learn employment laws and regulations.
- Build cross-functional relationships with product, engineering and legal partners.
- Experience using AI tools to monitor operations and priorities.
- Knowledge of AI systems and continuous AI skill development.
- Experience integrating AI to optimize workflows and drive impact.
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development.
- Privacy certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, or CIPM.
- Experience with people analytics and HR tech for privacy controls.
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into structured program deliverables.
- Experience with responsible AI practices and GDPR/CCPA.
