Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, public health, public policy, social work, or related field aligned with health equity.
• Three (3) years of experience in program coordination, program administration or comparable roles, OR one (1) year of program management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of projects that advance the goals of the Pediatric Outcomes Science program.
• Build and optimize workflows for the IGNITE Health Equity Research Consortium (including collaboration with national partners).
• Build and optimize workflows for the DFCI Center for Pediatric and Young Adult Outcomes Research.
• Co-develop delivery plans and activate workstreams, ensuring alignment with program goals and Institute strategies.
• Track program progress and timelines, ensuring outputs meet performance metrics.
