Job summary

KIRCHHOFF Automotive seeks a Project Manager to drive PDP-Gate processes in new programs at our Troy site. You will manage project timing, budgets, procurement for bought-in parts, and cross-functional coordination to meet pre-production deadlines.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive project management, strong MS-Office skills, fluent English, and the ability to coach teams and manage risks. Occasional travel (~35%) is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive or similar industries
• Experience in project management and coordinating complex programs
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in MS-Office applications and English language
• Ability to plan, lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with risk assessment and change management

Responsibilities

• Manage PDP-Gate structure and project execution in new projects
• Create and maintain all project documents and technical specifications
• Lead procurement for bought-in parts and early involvement materials
• Develop project timing and ensure investment plans are met
• Coordinate customer deadlines for pre-production series
• Run project meetings, track issues, and maintain action plans
• Support technical discussions for new business and engineering changes
• Travel approximately 35% as required
