Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent education and experience.
• Extensive project management experience in automotive/heavy vehicle industry.
• Experience delivering executive presentations to management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Quality, Logistics and Operations functions to satisfy internal and external customer expectations.
• Overall management of new program launches through identification and coordination of resources, scope, timelines, deliverables, issues, risks and success metrics.
• Strategizes and outlines goals and objectives of the program.
• Leads cross-functional project teams and chairs regular project meetings to track progress.
• Monitors profitability and ensures targets are achieved.
• Develops and monitors budgets for assigned projects and ensures costs are planned and invoiced.
• Maintains a clear project plan with major milestones and critical paths identified.
• Tracks progress and reacts to variances.
• Presents program status and escalates issues as needed.
