This role will sit at the intersection of partner communications, marketing operations, program management, and partner experience. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented marketer who can manage multiple communication channels and programs, coordinate across cross-functional teams, and ensure partners and internal stakeholders have the information, training, and support they need.

This person should be equally comfortable managing a communications calendar, coordinating an email campaign, reviewing social content, building a training plan, managing stakeholder requests, and helping improve the processes behind a large-scale partner marketing program.

Responsibilities
Partner Communications & Content Program Management
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of recurring partner communications, including:
    • Monthly global and regional partner newsletters
    • Persona-specific newsletters for sales, technical, and other partner audiences
    • Ad hoc and one-time communications to partner contact databases
  • Manage communications calendars, timelines, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and deployment.
  • Coordinate content development with internal subject matter experts, creative teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders.
  • Draft, edit, proofread, and QA communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Manage audience segmentation and distribution requirements for partner communications.
  • Support the development of go-to-market materials, presentations, training assets, partner communications, and other marketing collateral.
  • Ensure all communications and deliverables meet company brand guidelines and quality standards.
Social Media Support
  • Coordinate regular content for partner-facing social channels, primarily LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms.
  • Draft, review, test, and coordinate approval of social content.
  • Maintain social publishing calendars and ensure content is delivered on schedule.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve engagement and optimize content performance.
  • Support reporting and recommendations based on social engagement and campaign performance.
Email Marketing & Campaign Operations
  • Set up, QA, proof, and coordinate deployment of email campaigns ranging from simple communications to more advanced campaigns.
  • Support audience definition, segmentation, content development, testing, approvals, and campaign deployment.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and coordinate with marketing technology or operations teams as needed.
  • Perform light HTML/CSS editing when necessary.
  • Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Partner Incentive Communications & Experience
  • Own program management and communications supporting partner marketing funds and incentive programs.
  • Coordinate communications related to program launches, application cycles, program changes, deadlines, approvals, payments, and other partner milestones.
  • Translate complex program information into clear, actionable communications for partners and internal teams.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day communications and operational requests.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders, systems teams, operations teams, agencies, and other partners.
  • Help identify communication or experience gaps and coordinate solutions across teams.
Partner Support & Enablement
  • Develop and execute training and enablement plans for internal teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate speakers, content, materials, scheduling, and logistics for program training.
  • Create and maintain presentations, reference materials, FAQs, knowledge-base content, and other enablement assets.
  • Serve as a partner marketing incentive support resource for partner questions, requests, and tickets.
  • Manage escalations and drive issues toward timely resolution.
  • Identify recurring partner questions or challenges and work with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions.
  • Train and enable additional support teams as new programs launch or existing programs change.
Process & Operations Management
  • Support the design, documentation, and optimization of partner program processes, including:
    • Application cycles
    • Approval workflows
    • Program update processes
    • Payout and incentive workflows
    • Escalation paths
    • Stakeholder handoffs
  • Track SLAs, dependencies, deliverables, and handoffs across cross-functional teams.
  • Identify operational gaps, recommend improvements, and help implement scalable solutions.
  • Support the development and maintenance of partner-support knowledge bases and process documentation.
  • Assist with configuration and ongoing maintenance of incentive or partner program tools and administrative portals.
  • Partner with systems and incentive operations teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve operational gaps.
Qualifications
Must Haves
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality across high-volume communications and operational programs.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, creative, technical, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills, ideally within a large enterprise environment.
  • Ability to take complex information and turn it into clear, actionable communications.
  • Comfortable operating in environments where programs, processes, and priorities continue to evolve.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting partner, channel, ecosystem, or B2B marketing programs.
  • Experience with partner incentives, marketing development funds, co-marketing, or similar partner programs.
  • Experience with Marketo or another marketing automation platform.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting or editing.
  • Experience with social content development and publishing, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Experience creating training materials, presentations, FAQs, process documentation, and knowledge-base content.
  • Experience working within complex global or enterprise organizations.

Who Thrives With Us
  • People who want to learn and are self-motivated in learning from their projects.
  • People who enjoy working on really hard problems.
  • People who are comfortable having too much to do rather than too little.
  • People who like creating something from nothing. We are growing quickly, and there is still a lot to build.
  • People who know how to build and maintain strong relationships with coworkers, clients, and partners.
  • People who enjoy making other people successful and understand that their success matters just as much as their own.
  • People who can bring structure to ambiguity and keep complicated programs moving.
