Job summary

Meeting Street, a Providence-based nonprofit, seeks a Parents As Teachers Program Manager for 40 hours per week. You will ensure program compliance with state and federal regulations and PAT standards, manage referrals, and provide weekly reflective supervision to staff.

You will train new staff, conduct quarterly home visits, use data to drive performance, assist with hiring, and contribute to a values-driven team that promotes dignity, respect, and equity in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health or human services administration, or bachelor’s with 3 years PAT experience.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and own transportation for home visiting requirements.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Administrative experience in human service or related field including quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensures program compliance with state and federal regulations and PAT performance standards.
• Manages referrals within the ETO system by assigning to workers using goodness of fit.
• Provides direct reflective supervision for 1-2 hours weekly per staff person.
• Trains and supports new staff during orientation and evaluates training needs.
• Conducts joint visits with each home visitor on a quarterly basis.
• Utilizes data to provide feedback to staff regarding performance against benchmarks.
• Assist with hiring of all staff.
