About the Opportunity:

We are actively seeking a skilled Program Manager - Oracle EBS/Fusion on behalf of our client based in Simi Valley, CA.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, and ERP/HCM systems and IT Project Management.

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of HCM/ERP/IT project management, including Financials, infrastructure, cloud, and security projects
• 9+ years as a hands-on Project Manager leading implementation efforts
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, and functional knowledge of PeopleSoft
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (7+ years)
• Proficient with PM tools like Microsoft Office and Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
• Led at least two full lifecycle ERP implementations as a Project Manager
• Experience managing fixed-price, fixed-scope projects for Public Sector clients

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (in Business, Computer Science, or related field)
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.) is a plus
• PMP certification preferred
