Job summary

McLeod Centers for Wellbeing in Concord, NC offers a Full-time Program Manager role within the Opioid Treatment Program. You will oversee daily workflow, staffing, onboarding, coaching, and ensure program alignment with compliance and budget, while building community partnerships.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of leadership experience and CADC or clinical licensure (LCMHC/LMFT/LCSW/LCAS); a master’s degree is strongly preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–12:30 PM, onsite.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
  • CADC certification or clinical licensure (LCMHC/LMFT/LCSW/LCAS) required.
  • Master's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is seeking a Full-time Program Manager to join our Opioid Treatment Program in Concord, North Carolina.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 12:30 PM (37.5 hours/week)
Work Setting: Onsite

  • Oversee the daily workflow, staffing, training, and development of staff within the program.
  • Establish proactive onboarding and engagement in facilitating a new employee’s successful integration into the organization.
  • Provide clear expectations, education, direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Organize services and systems necessary for the multidisciplinary approach throughout the continuum of care.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure ongoing compliance in all documentation and policies.
  • Ensure resources are allocated within budgetary requirements.
  • Assist with setting program objectives, identifying goals, providing ongoing feedback, and evaluating the outcomes of the department.
  • Utilize problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to foster effective work relationships with team members.
  • Develop and maintain connections with local agencies/programs to facilitate community involvement and relationships.
What are the qualifications needed for this role?

We are seeking a candidate with at least 3 years of leadership experience. A CADC or clinical licensure (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCAS) is required. Candidates who are fully licensed or hold an associate license, LCAS, or a master’s degree are strongly preferred.
