Ladders is seeking a Program Manager, Operations to join a leader in Hospitality & Recreation. You will support operational planning across product teams, ensuring programs and workflows stay aligned and driving cross-functional communication with directors, PMs, engineers, and admins.

This role strengthens operating models, tracks progress against goals, and improves how teams plan and work together in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program management experience in a product setting.
• Proven history of enhancing operating models across business areas.
• Strong communication skills for articulating concepts organization-wide.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, Operations to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space.
This role will support operational planning and coordination across product-facing teams, helping ensure programs, priorities, and executional workflows stay aligned. The Program Manager will work closely with Product Directors, Product Managers, engineering partners, and administrative support to maintain visibility into objectives and drive cross-functional organization-wide communication. This position is well suited for someone who can strengthen operating models, track progress against goals, and improve how teams plan and work together in a fast-moving environment.
Location: Los Gatos, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $290,000 – $460,000 annually
