Job summary

Amazon's Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) program management role in Central RME will drive strategic initiatives to optimize capacity and network performance. This hands-on role combines execution with planning, partnering with RME and Operations teams to remove barriers and implement standard work across the network.

The position requires 5+ years of program management, strong data-driven decision skills, and experience presenting results to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs, projects, and initiatives impacting operations; develop solutions with RME and Ops stakeholders.
• Partner with RME, Non-RME, and Ops stakeholders to lead root cause analysis and eliminate barriers.
• Own and optimize capacity models including architecture, methodology, and output validation.
• Leverage advanced analytics for data-driven decision-making; monitor performance and take corrective actions.
• Create and maintain program artifacts including BRDs, initiative plans, and white papers.
• Develop and implement standard work practices to improve business metrics across the network.
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership with data-backed recommendations.
• Remove operational barriers through hands-on problem solving to deliver results.
