Job summary

Amazon Worldwide Operations is hiring Program Managers to own strategic, cross-functional, and technology projects within Amazon Transportation Services. You will scope projects, develop plans, coordinate execution, and report to senior management on status and risks.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in program or project management, CMMS and maintenance planning experience, and strong data-driven process improvement skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and SQL.
• Experience with data-driven process improvements.
• Cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.
• 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution.
• 4+ years of CMMS experience.
• Experience managing inventory in warehousing, retail or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Be an SME on the CMMS and train the planner.
• Drive global standards rollout in cross-country initiatives.
• Be a CMMS key user and roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling or reports.
• Analyze and improve forecasting of preventative maintenance routines.
• Compile equipment information, performance metrics and machine histories and make recommendations for improvements.
• Work with the Global Reliability Maintenance Engineering network on cost reduction and process improvements.
• Travel up to 50%.
