Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Program Manager for Commercial Learning & Development focused on New to Role Training. The role combines planning, delivery and continuous improvement of learning journeys for US Commercial teams, including virtual and in-person experiences.

The position requires strong project management, organizational and communication skills, with collaboration across Compliance, Legal and external vendors.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required; 5+ years in training, learning & development, project management, or leadership development.
• Experience in pharma/biotech preferred.
• Experience supporting commercial, field-based learners and coordinating virtual/in-person programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support new to role learning programs for US Commercial employees, including virtual and in-person experiences.
• Develop and execute training on communication, analytics, coaching, peer leadership, and cross-functional learning.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal and internal stakeholders to ensure material accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, action items, and status updates with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, meetings, follow-up communications, and reports.
• Track attendance, feedback, completion metrics, and program data to assess impact.
