Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team to release new products on budget.
• Coordinate with wafer fabs, assembly & test to ensure schedule, cost and quality.
• Plan projects using MS Project from Assess Opportunity to Release to Market.
• Provide direction to team and external partners.
• Drive team motivation for flawless execution.
• Provide status updates to senior management.
• Interface with customers for status, milestones, and deliveries.
• Ensure product reliability and qualification meet specs.
• Collaborate with failure analysis to identify root causes.
• Maintain up-to-date project schedules with milestones.
• Develop and implement Qualification plans.
• Communicate weekly to management on status.
• Coordinate material logistics and priority shipments.
• Maintain Galileo system per new product development guidelines.
• Success is measured by growth of new products and ROI.
