Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross functional team on the execution of releasing new products and ROI.
• Work with wafer fabrication and assembly sites to guarantee schedule, cost and quality.
• Plan the project using MS Project from Assess Opportunity Phase to Release to Market and ensure on-budget.
• Provide clear direction to team and external support organizations like device fabrication.
• Drive and motivate all team members critical to flawless execution.
• Host and drive meetings and reviews across team members from multiple functions and countries.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on status and issues.
• Work with failure analysis to determine root cause of reliability failures.
• Work with product engineering to execute reliability testing to meet specs.
• Maintain thorough project schedules with milestones.
• Drive the development and implementation of Qualification plans.
