Job summary

Amazon Bellevue is seeking a Program Manager for Central Growth & Expansion within the WW Flex Strategy. You will own cross-functional programs end-to-end, translating customer and partner needs into scalable solutions while coordinating with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and regional teams.

The role requires strong program-management discipline, deep data analysis, and the ability to navigate ambiguity across geographies. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bellevue, WA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience working cross-functionally across several teams both technical and non-technical.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end planning and execution of cross-functional growth, expansion, and new-business programs, including defining requirements, milestones, success metrics, dependencies, risks, and launch plans.
• Work backwards from customer, Delivery Partner, and business needs to identify problems, evaluate opportunities, and develop scalable program solutions.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and regional teams to translate business needs into clear program and functional requirements.
• Use data, financial and operational metrics, and customer insights to evaluate opportunities, make recommendations, and drive decisions.
• Establish and operate mechanisms that maintain program visibility and accountability, including roadmap reviews, launch-readiness reviews, risk and dependency tracking, and post-launch performance reviews.
• Identify risks and trade-offs early, drive timely decisions, remove blockers, and escalation appropriately when programs require leadership intervention.
• Communicate program strategy, decisions, risks, and results clearly to senior stakeholders through written narratives, business reviews, and executive-level updates.
• Develop repeatable mechanisms, launch playbooks, and operating processes that enable successful programs to scale across businesses and geographies.
• Partner with regional teams to transition mature programs into sustainable business-as-usual ownership while capturing and applying learnings to future launches.

Amazon Flex is an important part of Amazon’s last-mile delivery network, providing flexible capacity that enables Amazon to serve customers across a growing range of geographies, delivery speeds, business lines, and operating models.

The Worldwide Flex Strategy – Central Growth & Expansion team works across Amazon to identify, develop, and scale new growth opportunities for Amazon Flex. We partner closely with regional business and operations teams, Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other Last Mile organizations to translate business and customer needs into scalable programs and operating models.

As a Program Manager, Growth & Expansion, you will own cross-functional programs through their end-to-end lifecycle — from problem definition, business requirements, and planning through execution, launch, stabilization, and transition to business-as-usual operations. You will work across multiple organizations and geographies, operate in environments with significant ambiguity, use data to inform decisions, and drive alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, building structure where processes are still evolving, and turning ideas into scalable programs with measurable customer and business impact.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience working cross-functionally across several teams both technical and non-technical
• Experience using data and metrics to determine priorities, evaluate performance, and drive improvements.
• Experience with program management spanning planning, execution and project delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience with program management spanning planning, execution and project delivery
• Experience working in complex, ambiguous, or rapidly changing business environments.
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple organizations, geographies, or business functions.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, marketplace, gig economy, operations, or technology-enabled businesses is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
