We are seeking a qualified Program Manager to work at the Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC, supporting NAVSEA.

The Program Manager will support the Navy Program Office Surface Ship Training. You will oversee and manage a contractor workforce of approximately 100 personnel. The Surface Training Systems Program Office is responsible for strategic program planning, policy development, research and development, acquisition, technical innovation, and lifecycle management of surface training platforms. Its mission is to deliver effective training solutions that ensure the readiness and competency of U.S. Navy Sailors.
The work location is the Washington Navy Yard, with workspace provided for 75% of the contractors. The PM must be available at the Navy Yard as directed and manage the workforce both on-site and in the Washington D.C. area. Some telework may be possible with customer approval.
