HeadFirst Group is seeking a Program Manager to drive expansion, growth, and diversification of client service offerings. You will translate the program's strategic direction into operational plans and manage cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision support, supplier management, and program improvements across the US and Canada, with a focus on delivering value for a multi-million dollar portfolio.

Position Objective

The Program Manager is responsible for the expansion, growth, and diversification of the service offerings for the client. In addition, this resource will ensure that the strategic direction of the program is translated into program operations.
