Job summary

All Flex Solutions in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a designated portfolio of key customers and their production parts. You will manage the program through its full lifecycle, coordinating with internal teams and customer contacts to ensure delivery, quality, and profitability.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional efforts, maintaining clear communication, and driving improvements across departments.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product/manufacturing experience in PCB, flexible heaters, or circuit board industry.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000.
• Lean Manufacturing, SPC, and Total QC understanding.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact for internal/external stakeholders across program phases.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to support key orders and new program implementations.
• Manage program progress across departments throughout lifecycle based on customer needs.
• Proactively resolve issues and drive action to resolutions.
• Provide input on capabilities, risks, lead times, and costs for sales/quoting.
• Facilitate cross-departmental meetings to align on requirements/deliverables.
• Review production docs including non-standard designs and tooling before production.
• Coordinate with planning to monitor schedules, delays, and task prioritization.
• Communicate program status to stakeholders and capture lessons learned.
