Mental Health Connecticut, Inc. in Stamford seeks a Program Manager to oversee the Stamford Supervised Apartment and Walton Place programs.

You will provide leadership, supervise staff, and ensure policy communication, on-call coverage, and safety across residences. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in social sciences and at least three years of supervisory experience, with familiarity with Connecticut human service systems and related mandates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social science/related field is required (3 years of experience).
• Experience with administrative functions including supervision of staff, hiring, development and evaluation.
• Familiarity with Connecticut state human service systems and related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor administrative processes and requirements of assigned locations.
• Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure program coverage and client care.
• Assist with staffing needs, screen candidates, conduct interviews and participate in hiring decisions.
• Oversee direct care staff to deliver quality, recovery-oriented services using evidence-based practices.
• Supervise staff, support performance reviews and staff development.
• Approve time off requests, timecards, and program expenses in Paylocity.
