Vigilint seeks a Program Manager – ILS2 to lead its medical operations for the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services program. You will own program performance, manage deployed personnel, and coordinate with medical leadership, aviation partners, the prime contractor, and corporate support teams.

This hands-on leadership role requires building scalable processes, guiding distributed teams, and delivering under pressure with strong communication and financial discipline.

Qualificações

• 10 years of experience in Program Management
• Bachelor’s degree or PMP certification required
• Active Top Secret security clearance required
• Experience with US Government contracts strongly preferred
• MBA preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead and own end-to-end program performance for ILS2
• Coordinate staffing, readiness, and deployments across dispersed sites
• Manage contracts, budgets, and customer relationships
• Ensure readiness for medical operations and mission support
• Maintain risk management, reporting, and after-action reviews
