PrimeVigilance seeks a skilled leader to manage the ICSR Management Unit in Raleigh, overseeing resources, staffing and productivity for multiple projects.

You will analyze workloads, reallocate talent, and support contract development with the business team, while mentoring senior staff and driving best practices.

Qualifications

• Life science graduate or healthcare qualification, or pharmacovigilance experience.
• 2–3 years in a line manager role within pharmacovigilance.
• Strong communication, organization and delegation skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ICSR Management Unit to maximize productivity.
• Ensure appropriate resources across project teams.
• Set and review productivity targets and reallocate staff as needed.
• Notify Resourcing about additional needs and approve changes.
• Mentor ICSR Line Managers and prepare analyses/reports.
• Support budgets, contracts development, and cross‑functional needs.
• Assist HR with recruitment, appraisals, and retention.
• Review CAPAs, quality requests, and SOP updates.
• Collaborate with RA/PV networks and act as local contact roles.
