Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a supervisor to lead the Third-Party Assessment (TPA) program team and oversee in-home assessments for individuals receiving Medicaid Waiver services.

You will ensure quality control of IHA reports, maintain scheduling, and develop strategic plans for program functions, while reviewing monthly billing and reporting monthly participant data. A supervisory background in social services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Counseling or related fields is required.
• Three years of progressive work experience with individuals facing barriers or disabilities, with two years in supervision.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and applicable laws.
• Knowledge of the ADA and related federal, state, and local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for the Third-Party Assessment (TPA) program team.
• Conduct in-home assessments for individuals receiving Medicaid Waiver services.
• Ensure quality control review of In-home assessment reports.
• Maintain a scheduling system for the team.
• Develop strategic plans for all program functions.
• Review and submit monthly billing.
• Gather and report monthly information on persons served.
