As a Program Manager, you will provide overall leadership and management for a large-scale Medicaid technology program, serving as the chief liaison to the client for design, development, implementation, Certification, maintenance, and modification activities. In this highly visible leadership role, you will oversee Project Managers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and collaborate with Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) Module Contractors to ensure seamless integration of services across the program.
Working closely with client stakeholders and internal teams, you will support the successful execution of client plans, procedures, and protocol guides while ensuring compliance with State and Federal requirements. You will oversee program execution, contract administration, resource management, and Certification activities to ensure all phases of the program remain on schedule throughout Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) and Certification.
This role is ideal for an experienced leader who excels at managing complex technology programs, fostering strong client partnerships, and delivering successful outcomes in a government healthcare environment.
This position is contingent upon the award of a government contract. Recruiting and interviewing activities may occur prior to contract award; however, employment and start dates are subject to contract award, funding, customer approval requirements, and/or satisfaction of any applicable pre-employment conditions.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000
