Job summary

Conduent is seeking an Enhancement Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the Agency and Medicaid for phase enhancements after takeover. You will oversee design, development, implementation, certification, maintenance, modification, and enhancements while ensuring compliance with Agency and CMS requirements.

The role requires PMP certification, strong leadership, and experience managing complex multi-supplier projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of experience managing multi-supplier projects or complex integration efforts.
• 2 years of experience with MECT, Outcomes Based Certification, Streamlined Modular Certification, or other certification efforts.
• Working knowledge of MITA 3.0, Medicaid Transformation Initiative, and CMS Seven Standards and Conditions.
• PMP Certification or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Must complete a background check that includes fingerprinting.
• Medicaid Enterprise System modernization experience (preferred).
• State Medicaid agency or CMS program experience (preferred).
• Multi-vendor healthcare technology project leadership (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Agency liaison for Enhancement Phase activities.
• Collaborate with Agency contractors to ensure seamless integration of services.
• Follow all AMMP plans, procedures, and protocol guides.
• Coordinate project scope, schedules, resources, and deliverables during DDI and Certification.
• Lead all Enhancement Phase Project Managers.
• Manage stakeholder communications, risks, and certification readiness.

Enhancement Manager serves as the primary liaison between the Agency and Medicaid for enhancement initiatives occurring after the Takeover Phase.

This role oversees design, development, implementation, certification, maintenance, modification, and enhancement activities while ensuring compliance with Agency and CMS requirements.

This position is contingent upon the award of a government contract. Recruiting and interviewing activities may occur prior to contract award; however, employment and start dates are subject to contract award, funding, customer approval requirements, and/or satisfaction of any applicable pre‑employment conditions.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary for this role is $97,790-$127,000.
