Netflix is seeking a Program Manager for Marketing & Communications in Los Angeles to lead cross-functional initiatives and streamline workflows across worldwide MarComms teams.

You will own end-to-end project management of feature rollouts, develop training and communications, monitor adoption, and brief leadership on impacts. A strong background in change management and cross-functional programs is required.

Formación

  • 7+ years of project and/or program management experience, leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of product-development workflow, user-acceptance testing, and workflow documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to socialize, explain, and “sell” new strategies, practices, and workflows.
  • Experience with techniques and tools that drive process efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage simultaneous projects, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to think quickly and act decisively.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate with MarComms, product, engineering, and customer-success teams to roll out new capabilities.
  • Own end-to-end project management of feature and program rollouts, including implementation plans, training, and leadership briefings.
  • Advocate for MarComms needs and secure adoption of technology and workflows across stakeholders.
  • Develop an engagement model rooted in best practices, workflows, and feedback.
  • Identify risks and mitigations to projects with proactive plans.

Program Manager – Marketing & Communications
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with product teams to identify opportunities for tooling and workflow improvements that streamline and simplify complex MarComms workflows worldwide.
  • Strategize and execute change‑management plans, coordinating with global stakeholders to ensure successful rollouts of new products or operational processes, reduce friction, craft communications, and produce guidance and best‑practice documentation.
  • Activate and lead change across complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Coordinate with MarComms, product, engineering, and customer‑success teams to roll out new operational capabilities and technologies.
  • Own end‑to‑end project management of feature and program rollouts, creating implementation plans, training and communication strategies, monitoring adoption, surfacing gaps, and briefing leadership on potential impacts.
  • Advocate for MarComms needs and secure adoption of technology and workflows across stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communications and drive alignment on technology programs, roadmaps, and priorities; develop and execute an engagement model rooted in best practices, workflows, and feedback.
  • Identify risks and misalignments to projects and mitigate them by developing proactive plans.
Qualifications

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is $170,000–$360,000. Compensation is structured as salary only; employees choose annually the mix of salary versus stock options, guided by market indicators and individual qualifications.
