Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects through initiation, planning and execution phases and monitor performance to meet deliverables.
• Communicate project status upward and downward and to external customers; escalate issues and drive solutions.
• Develop project plan, scope, budget, schedule and other documents as required.
• Act as the primary interface between Operations, Sales and the customer while driving closure on issues.
• Direct resource allocation and production schedules to ensure operations readiness.
• Collaborate with Materials team and vendors to manage material availability and improve supply chain responsiveness.
• Analyze underperforming processes to identify pain points and develop efficiency improvements.
• Manage continuous improvement projects to scale operations through automation and system enhancements.
• Lead initiatives to improve project management methodologies and implement best practices.
