Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach AmeriCorps Volunteers and tutors across multiple schools.
• Ensure program quality aligns with Minnesota READ Act requirements.
• Monitor student progress using assessments and data to drive instruction.
• Build relationships with school site leaders and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional teams to expand Reading Partners impact.
