Job summary

Reading Partners Minnesota is seeking a Program Manager to lead, develop, and mobilize AmeriCorps volunteers and tutors to deliver high-quality one-on-one literacy instruction across 4-6 schools.

You will oversee program quality, data-driven decisions, and partnerships with principals and community organizations, while coaching a team of 10-12 volunteers to achieve milestones and reading growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams of AmeriCorps volunteers and tutors.
• Ability to coach and develop emergent professionals.
• Strong data-driven decision making to improve literacy outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead program across 4-6 Minnesota schools.
• Supervise tutor trainings and progress tracking.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance, and milestones.
• Observe sessions to collect data and inform plans.
• Cultivate school and community partnerships.
• Support regional program leadership and READ Act compliance.
