Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to own end-to-end program management of multiple concurrent projects across a line of business. The ideal candidate drives financial results and process improvement, is deadline driven, and accountable for the financial success of all programs they oversee.

The role requires 3–5+ years of PM experience, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adherence to the company’s ALL IN safety culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Oversee integrated program execution to align with strategic, operational, and customer objectives
• Coordinate interdependencies across projects, teams, and stakeholders
• Establish program priorities, timelines, milestones, and governance processes
• Monitor overall program performance, risks, and resource allocation
• Maintain accountability for program financial performance, including budgets, P&L, forecasting, and WIP
• Drive financial discipline through budget oversight, cost controls, revenue tracking, and variance analysis
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect profitability
• Implement and enforce PMO standards, governance, and best practices across projects
• Serve as primary customer and program liaison for activities and communications
• Build strong relationships to align cross-functional stakeholders to drive satisfaction
• Drive accountability, transparency, and collaboration across teams
• Drive KPIs to ensure end-to-end program success
• Uphold ZERO safety culture and lead by example
