Job summary

Applied Research Solutions (ARS) seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise Knowledge Management solutions for Department of Defense contexts at Hanscom AFB. You will implement KM strategies, develop tooling, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure information accessibility and reuse.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, a bachelor’s or master’s degree, and 3+ years in DoD program management. U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Knowledge Manager responsibilities at PAE level for enterprise KM solutions using M365
• Design and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, metadata, content types, permissions, workflows, architectures
• Provide briefings on Knowledge Management Best Practices to senior leadership
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Engineers, Acquisition professionals and SMEs to capture and disseminate technical data
• Develop automated workflows, dashboards, trackers, and digital tools using PowerApps/BI or similar tools

Responsibilities include:

• Position will be lead Knowledge Manager at the PAE-level responsibilities include developing, implementing and maintaining enterprise-wide KM solutions utilizing M365.
• Design and Manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, metadata, content types, permissions, workflows, and architectures to improve information accessibility and reuse.
• Provide briefings on Knowledge Management Best Practices.
• Partner with Program Managers, Engineers, Acquisition professionals and SMEs to capture, organize, document and disseminate technical and programmatic data.
• Develop automated workflows, dashboards, trackers, and digital tools using PowerApps/BI or other tools as appropriate.
• Will perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Technical Experience Requirements:

Clearance:Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret Level Clearance with current SCI eligibility

Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field

Years of experience:3+ years of Program Manager experience and within the DoD sector

Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop and present briefings to senior leadership

The expected annual salary range: $125kk - $135K. Salary is dependent upon the role, associated responsibilities, candidates experience and qualifications to include education/training and key skills.
