Job summary

Applied Research Solutions (ARS) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide Knowledge Management initiatives at Hanscom AFB. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining KM solutions using M365, SharePoint architectures, and automated dashboards to improve information accessibility.

The candidate will partner with program managers, engineers, and SMEs to capture and disseminate critical data, while delivering briefings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Top Secret with current SCI eligibility
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field
• Years of experience: 3+ years of Program Manager experience in the DoD sector
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Responsibilities

• Lead Knowledge Manager at the PAE level with enterprise KM solutions using M365
• Design and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, metadata, permissions, workflows, and architectures
• Provide briefings on Knowledge Management Best Practices
• Partner with PMs, Engineers, Acquisition pros and SMEs to capture and disseminate data
• Develop automated workflows, dashboards, trackers, and digital tools using PowerApps/BI or similar
• Perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities include:

• Partner with Program Managers, Engineers, Acquisition professionals and SMEs to capture, organize, document and disseminate technical and programmatic data.
• Develop automated workflows, dashboards, trackers, and digital tools using PowerApps/BI or other tools as appropriate.
• Will perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Technical Experience Requirements:

Clearance:Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret Level Clearance with current SCI eligibility

Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field

Years of experience:3+ years of Program Manager experience and within the DoD sector

Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop and present briefings to senior leadership
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

The expected annual salary range: $125kk - $135K. Salary is dependent upon the role, associated responsibilities, candidates experience and qualifications to include education/training and key skills.
