Job summary

Rackspace is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex programs from initiation to delivery. You will champion cross-functional collaboration, align business and technical requirements, and drive process improvements while managing budgets, schedules, and compliance.

You will also own roadmap execution, partner programs, and stakeholder communications, fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in the field of role required.
• High School Diploma or regional equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred; degree substitutions allowed per policy.
• Project certification (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of a highly complex dedicated program or multiple projects.
• Reviewing and fully understanding all program/project requirements (business and technical).
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and coordinating across functions to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
• Developing and documenting business processes and driving efficiency improvements.
• Roadmap execution including deployment timelines and program management including compliance/contract management.
• Drive pipeline and deals across partners and Rackspace; partner program management.
• Managing day-to-day partner relationships and operating cadence (MBRs, QBRs).

**Job Summary**Lead a program or multiple projects from start to finish. Inspires confidence in the team, senior management, and the business community implementing the project solution. The compensation range for this position ranges from $108,253.00/year in our lowest geographic market up to 158,733.30 USD/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
