Program Manager IV – Drive Strategic Impact in a Fast-Paced SaaS Environment

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager IV to spearhead cross-functional SaaS programs from inception through execution, delivering measurable business outcomes for a global leader. Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional SaaS programs
• Proven success in building and scaling initiatives from scratch in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in program design, governance, decision frameworks, and operational excellence
• Strong data-driven decision-making and risk mitigation skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences
• Ability to influence without authority and build trusted relationships
• Experience managing up and down in organizational hierarchies effectively
• Track record of managing ambiguity and creating clarity
• Prior consulting experience highly preferred (e.g., PwC, Accenture, top-tier management consulting firms)

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in a leadership role at top-tier management consulting firms
• Familiarity with global SaaS landscapes and customer success strategies
• Advanced certifications in project or program management (PMP, PgMP, etc.)
• Ability to craft compelling narratives and influence senior stakeholders

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 8+ years of demonstrated success in leading high-impact SaaS programs, ideally with consulting background

• Location: Hybrid/Onsite in Mountain View, CA or San Diego, CA
• Availability to start ASAP
• Must eligible to work in the U.S. (W2 only)
• This is a project-based assignment lasting approximately 5-6 months
• Willingness to travel as needed for stakeholder engagement and program implementation
