Required Skills:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex technical programs within matrixed organizations
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies, architecture, and lifecycles
• Strong influence and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with technical and executive audiences
• Proven ability to develop and execute program plans, manage risks, and mitigate issues
• Experience with Agile frameworks and principles
• Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze metrics and trends to inform program progress and strategies
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with AI, ML, and data analytics concepts

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 8+ years of relevant program management experience in technology or software development sectors
