Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Wearables Product Experience team, centralizing communications and operations across the demo group in the San Francisco Bay Area. This fast-paced role requires building systems from scratch, coordinating VIPs and executive leadership, and overseeing device and hardware demo operations while driving clarity across teams.

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of program management are expected, with PMP/ PMI credentials a plus; onsite in CA,

About The Role:

• We are seeking a Senior Program Manager for Wearables Product Experience team, centralizing comms and operations across our demo team.
• This role will be in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity; building/centralizing systems and processes from scratch while coordinating many stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Device allocation, demo room organization, and demo scheduling
• Manage communications through the intake system
• Coordinate with VIPs, policy makers, and executive leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required.
• 8+ years ofprogram managementexperience
• Ability to build flexible systems and drive clarity across teams
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; proactive and assertive
• Experience runningdevice/hardware demo operations
• Experience coordinating with VIPs, policy makers, and executive leadership
• Experience managing intake/request systems and operational processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• Prior FAANG/Big Tech is a plus.

Location:

Onsite in any of these locations in San Franciso Bay Area [Menlo park, CA or Fremont, CA or San Francisco, CA or Burlingame, CA or Sunnyvale, CA]

Salary Range:

The salaryfor this position is between$176,800 - $228,800 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
