JOB PURPOSE:

The Program Manager will lead the execution of complex project requirements across multiple workstreams, project planning and execution for a variety of innovative projects. Be a multi-talented technology leader to work with our business stakeholders from beginning of an idea through execution, acting as the shepherd of timeline, scope, budget and resources. You’ll become a trusted advisor to our business teams, understanding technology and its ability to help us drive the business and innovate, but hands on for project management tasks. Must be a highly collaborative, communicative leader willing to challenge status quo while respecting business processes. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires a blend of project management skills, leadership, and strategic planning to achieve program goals and drive organizational success.

  • Act as leader in a variety of technology projects across business areas, acting as project manager across workstreams, managing dependencies being the IT point of contact
  • Manage internal and external resources
  • Manage overall program budget adherence
  • Participate and at times lead the estimating, scheduling, and monitoring for work completion
  • Participate in change control and service delivery processes by providing appropriate documentation and subject matter expertise

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project management leadership across complex programs involving multiple technologies, stakeholders
  • Managing scope, requirements in concert with other project resources
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Identify and assess program risk and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and organization requirements
  • Prepare and present detailed program reports, including weekly progress updates, budget reports and risk assessments
  • Facilitate team meetings and manage team dynamics
  • Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
  • Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
  • Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Ability to remain focused while handling multiple tasks, responsibilities and projects.
  • Experience leading large projects with significant change management impacts
  • Solid understanding of technology, software development lifecycle processes (agile and waterfall)
  • Proficiency in MS project and Excel.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $125,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
