La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) in Southern New Mexico is expanding to form an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. This role will monitor and coordinate the Patient Management Team in partnership with the Clinical Supervisor, ensuring proper utilization of services and equipment.
The ideal candidate has an associates degree (or a high school diploma with relevant experience), strong communication and math skills, and the ability to work with diverse populations.
