La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) in Southern New Mexico seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee the coordination of Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Dental, and School-Based Health Center programs.

You will supervise Medical Director, Nursing Director, Dental Director and support staff, ensure productivity goals are met, and collaborate with site leadership to maintain compliant, patient-focused services.

Qualifications

• BA in Administration or Management or equivalent.
• Have a minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• Must maintain a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and current car insurance. Must submit to LCDF required background check, TB screen and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Dental, and School-Based Health Center programs.
• Provide administrative supervision of Medical Director, Nursing Director, Dental Director, and support staff (Front Office Coordinator, Promotors, Janitorial, Medical Records).
• Collaborate with site Medical and Dental Directors to meet productivity and goals.

Job Summary: Management of the overall operations for various LCDF programs which include Primary Care. Behavioral Health. Dental, and School-Based Health Center. Administrative supervision of Medical Director, Nursing Director, Dental Director, and support staff including but not limited to the Front Office Coordinator, Promotors, Janitorial staff, and Medical Records. In cooperation with the Medical Director and Dental Director at the site which all productivity and goals meet.
