Job summary

Mental Health Cooperative in Nashville, TN seeks a Program Manager for Level 1 Care Management to lead Intensive Services across PACT, CTT, CCFT, and ICC. You’ll supervise Supervisors, coach teams, and ensure policy adherence while promoting a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach.

The role requires a Master’s in a health-related field, strong leadership, and excellent communication with diverse stakeholders. Tennessee driver’s license and compliance with safety standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (M.A., M.S.) in a health‑related field.
• Experience in a mental health setting preferred.
• Bachelor’s level in a health‑related field with a minimum of 6 months care management team leader experience or 1+ years of care management tier experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, critical thinking, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Ability to work well independently and in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient in using relevant technology, including Microsoft Office Suite tools, Google Docs, and database systems
• Ability to work with diverse personalities with a team‑first mindset
• Ability to build effective relationships with a variety of organizations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to Care Management Supervisors for each Level 1 care management program at Metro Campus.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Level 1 care management teams across the agency.
• Monitor and ensure program protocols/policies and procedures are carried out.
• Attend and facilitate team meetings and ensure documentation for these meetings.
• Lead recruitment and performance appraisals for care management staff.
• Develop community relations and ensure timely documentation.
