Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• PMP certification required or achievable within six months.
• Eight+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Experience with workflow automation, IDP, and production management.
• Experience with records management in regulated environments.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for document processing and records management programs.
• Oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and manage production goals and KPIs.
• Lead implementation of IDP, workflow automation, and reporting tools.
• Develop operational plans to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Prepare executive-level reports and coordinate with customers and leadership.
