Micron is conducting an extensive multi-year construction program. As a Program Manager responsible for facilities and construction, you will translate Global Procurement’s strategic aims into comprehensive program plans. This will enable the organization to achieve specific and measurable outcomes, particularly within US capital construction and facilities operations efforts. You will use project management and organizational change strategies while nurturing collaborative relationships with partners to encourage teamwork and project support. Leading cross-functional teams of leaders and contributors from pertinent category groups, you will steer program delivery through meticulous planning, collaboration with customers and partners, accurate resolution of risks, issues, and decisions, and clear reporting to maintain accountability.
